Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin lower the price of their Tribeca penthouse after a month on the market

Gwyneth may be having an incredibly drawn out divorce conscious uncoupling, but she and her ex, Chris Martin, seem to be in quite the hurry to rid themselves of their Tribeca penthouse.

The famous former couple has reduced the price of their condo at 416 Washington Street by $1.4 million — from $14,250,000 to $12,850,000 — after it had been on the market for only a little more than a month, Real Estate Weekly reports. While that may seem like quite a drop, if they do sell the apartment for even the new price, they’ll be getting a considerable return on investment: the two bought the apartment in 2007 for only $5.1 million.

Though there are not photos of the actual apartment, the listing notes it is 3,892 square feet, has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, was designed by Roman and Williams and has a decked terrace and outdoor space. We also expect the kitchen is appropriately outfitted for cooking Goop-approved meals.
