Rory Gilmore and Pete Campbell have sold their Brooklyn Heights penthouse

Rory Gilmore and Pete Campbell (a.k.a Alexis Bledel and Vincent Kartheiser) have sold their Brooklyn Heights penthouse co-op at 105 Montague Street for $1.325 million, according to the New York Post. Frank Giordano, James C. Cox Jr., and Chad Maltby of Compass had the listing.

The couple made out well on the sale of the apartment, which they bought in 2011 for $760,000 under a trust. They did not manage to get their original asking price, however; they had listed it for $1.56 million in September.

The one-bedroom penthouse is in a Queen Anne-style building, and has soaring 18′ ceilings, motorized window shades and a 500-square-foot roof deck with views of Manhattan. Even more exciting? It was possible to also buy the furniture with the apartment. Which means that the buyers (Samuel Muhs, of Marcus & Millichap, and Stephanie Kramer, an event planner) could be lounging on the same couch as Rory Gilmore — Pete Campbell’s furniture somehow seems like less of a draw.
