It’s a wrap: This week’s celebrity home swaps

Rory Gilmore and Pete Campbell (a.k.a Alexis Bledel and Vincent Kartheiser) have sold their Brooklyn Heights penthouse co-op at 105 Montague Street for $1.325 million. Frank Giordano, James C. Cox Jr., and Chad Maltby of Compass had the listing.

Gwyneth may be having an incredibly drawn out divorce conscious uncoupling, but she and her ex, Chris Martin, seem to be in quite the hurry to rid themselves of their Tribeca penthouse. The famous former couple has reduced the price of their condo at 416 Washington Street by $1.4 million — from $14,250,000 to $12,850,000 — after it had been on the market for only a little more than a month.

After attempting to rent it out in September for $11,500-a-month, actress Jessica Chastain has decided to list her duplex co-op at 250 Mercer Street for $1.8 million. According to the listing, the pre-war apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, city views, a wide circular staircase and a closet with “double height proportions.”

Steve Schirripa and his wife Laura have just sold their Battery Park apartment at the Millennium Tower Residences at 30 West Street for $2,850,000, according to city records. The actor is best known for playing the sweetest mobster on “The Sopranos,” Bobby Baccalieri. No word on whether Schirripa will be moving any vintage train sets to his new pad.

The luxe penthouse that was once home to newspaper titan William Randolph Hearst has a new owner, who shelled out $20 million for the space. Art collector and businessman Benedict Silverman sold the penthouse at 137 Riverside Drive on the Upper West Side to an unknown buyer, according to property records filed with the city on Wednesday.
