Broadway director Marc Bruni picks up Central Park North condo

Broadway director Marc Bruni just sung his way into a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom condo at 111 Central Park North for roughly $2.7 million, according to city records.

Bruni is most well known for directing “Beautiful: The Carol King Musical”, along with his work as associate director for the productions “Grease”, “Legally Blonde” and “Nice Work If You Can Get It”.


According to the listing, the 1,422-square-foot apartment – a co-exclusive listed by Tal Alexander of Douglas Elliman and Jeffrey Berger of Isen & Company – features Central Park views, floor-to-ceiling windows and hardwood floors throughout, along with a marble kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The master bedroom comes with a walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with soaking tub and shower. Most impressively of all, a deeded parking space is included in the sale. The asking price for the unit was $2,995,000.

The building itself – built in 2006, and holding 85 units – has a 24-hour doorman, fitness room, and a 10,000 square foot Central Park-facing terrace.
