Twice in the past year – we have described a company as the “Uber for yachts.” First there was Nowboat, and then there was Immidia.

The company has finally gotten the message, and now Uber is set to become the real Uber of yachts. The transportation service we love to hate – who just announced Arianna Huffington will join their board of directors – will launch UberYACHT in Dubai tomorrow.

Through their Uber app, customers will have access to yacht parties. Food, drink and DJs come with the ride which costs a very reasonable AED300 ($82). Those wishing to attend the nautical party will have had to reserve their spot 48 hours in advance.

“At Uber we are constantly innovating our services. We want to be more than just a leading global technology app, we want to provide experiences at the push of a button,” Chris Free, Uber’s general manager in the United Arab Emirates, told CNN.
