Lloyd Blankfein has finally managed to sell one of his two Hamptons homes

After many years and a whole lot of price cuts, Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein has finally (finally!) sold his Southampton home at 121 Parsonage Lane in Sagaponack, reports the Wall Street Journal. Susan Breitenbach of the Corcoran Group had the listing.

Blankfein first listed the home in July 2015 for $16.995 million, then dropped it to $14.5 million and then again to $13 million in February. The home was last listed for $12.995 million, but Breitenbach did not disclose the final sales price or the buyer.

The 6,500-square-foot home sits on three acres and has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a paneled library, a gym, media room, a 45-foot-long heated gunite pool and a pool house and a sunken tennis court. The listing claims the home is “just minutes” from the ocean, but according to Google Maps it is a 32-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute drive.

Blankfein and his wife built the home themselves 20 years ago. Breitenbach told the Journal that they wanted to sell because they own another property in the Hamptons.
