“Queen of the Indies” actress Parker Posey has listed her cozy Greenwich Village one-bedroom apartment in the co-op building 30 Fifth Avenue for $1.45 million.

In case you are wondering if it really is that Parker Posey selling the apartment, Curbed, which first reported the story, also notes that in a rather unusual move, Posey herself is actually posing in one of the listing photos with her Bichon Frise dog (named Gracie), while reading Mary Louise Parker’s book “Dear Mr. You.”

Posey bought the pre-war apartment in 2008 for $1.35 million. It has eastern and northern views, a good number of walk-in closets and built-in bookcases. And in case you have a green thumb, the building also offers a roof deck, which is tended by volunteer owners in the building.

The apartment is still unlisted, but you can head over to Curbed for a look inside, or stay tuned; we will post them as soon as the listing is up.
