If you’ve ever been on board a super yacht and thought to yourself, “Gosh, if only this had a penthouse suite and a couple of infinity pools,” then the Shaddai (a Hebrew word which roughly translates to “omnipotent” in English) is most certainly the vessel for you.
Italian yacht designer Gabriele Teruzzi takes the crows nest to a whole new level with his mega yacht, a concept inspired by the Tower of Babel and Egypt’s pyramids, and designed to take the owner “from the sea to sky.”
Closer to sea level, the almost 500-foot-long boat has a main deck, a beach club, a glass-floored infinity pool, and a huge aquarium. Meanwhile, perched 125 feet above is the 1,100-square-foot master suite, which has another infinity pool, a dining area and a bar.
We wonder if the Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin would be interested, after all the boat bears a striking resemblance to his Zaha Hadid-designed home.
