It’s worth crossing the river for Natalie Morales’ $3M Hoboken brownstone

Not many things will convince Manhattanites to cross the Hudson (though they are strangely willing to cross the East River), but former “Today” show anchor Natalie Morales’ brownstone in Hoboken might be worth the trip.

Morales, who has recently accepted a position on NBC’s “Access Hollywood” in California, is moving west and so just listed her home in New York’s sixth borough for $3.1 million, according to The historic 3,600-square-foot four-story home was renovated in 2008 and has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, three living rooms (that’s an unusual one) with slate fireplaces, and a 600-square-foot patio with a Kalamazoo pizza oven. Pizza! It’s also only a short walk to the NJ Transit bus service, so when you want to leave Hoboken, that’s easy to do also.

So yes, this is all very nice, but according to Page Six, Morales’ most valuable piece of real estate just might be her NBC dressing room; 30 Rock has a real lack of them, apparently, and hers is in a coveted location, next to Matt Lauer’s.
