Kylie Jenner’s Calabasas mansion has hit the market and its asking for a cool $3.9 million.
The 18-year-old purchased the home, her first, last March for $2.6 million, notably less than it’s now listed for. In fact, the new price tag is a 50 percent price increase.
The listing describes the 4,851-square-foot spread, built in 2006, as “Tuscan style with a modern twist.”
The monochromatic five-bedroom home comes with a private gated entrance, a gourmet chefs kitchen with quartz countertops, a glam room (whatever that is), a movie room, and a pool and spa.
Storage space was added to the downstairs office plus there’s a walk-in closet, and a shoe and purse closet. Kylie must have been trying to avoid the storage space catastrophe her sister faced.
Have no fear, the youngest of the Kardasian/Jenner clan won’t be left homeless, she reportedly dropped $6 million on a Hidden Hills mansion last month.
Tomer Fridman and Isidora Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.
