Christie Brinkley slaps Bridgehampton estate on the market for $30M

Former model and Sports Illustrated cover-star Christie Brinkley is selling her Hamptons home. The “Tower Hill” estate in Bridgehampton has hit the market asking $29.5 million.

The spread sits on an impressive 20 acres and is comprised of a four-bedroom main house, a four-bedroom guest house, and a separate barn/artist studio.

The estate, which has a gated entry features a 50-foot observation tower with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Connecticut, a greenhouse conservatory and a heated garage. While the extensive grounds have hills for winter sledding, a private pond, a hidden tennis court, and of course an oversized heated pool with spa.
