4 of the most spectacular July 4th events happening this weekend

July 4th is this weekend, and if you aren’t retreating to your Hamptons home, you’ll want to celebrate the three-day weekend in style in the city. With that noble goal in mind, we present four (get it?) VIP options for you to enjoy on Monday.

One World Observatory In case you don’t want, well anything, obstructing your view of the fireworks, then you can’t do any better than the observation deck of One World Trade Center. A VIP ticket to their July 4th event, which runs from 8:00 to 10:00 pm, costs $325 and includes a two-hour open bar, light snacks and the ability to “see forever.”

Classic Harbor Line Fireworks Cruise Of course, there is also something to be said for experiencing the fireworks up close and personal from the vantage point of a boat, and Classic Harbor Line provides the added bonus of letting you watch from a beautiful 1920’s yacht, the Manhattan II. A $598 ticket includes the cost of drinks, food and desserts.

Industry Kitchen If you prefer to stay on land, few spots will have as good a view of the fireworks than Industry Kitchen, a new restaurant in the South Street Seaport that’s perfectly positioned for observing the action. VIP tickets cost $238 and come with assigned premium seating and an open bar and buffet.

River Café When you can’t choose between great food and great views, we recommend checking out the dinner at River Café in DUMBO. In addition to the prime location, the $625 menu includes a four course menu that includes caviar. Drinks are not included and neither is a 20% gratuity.
