Sex, drugs and ennui. That’s the report from the latest Killing Kittens – an elite sex club — bash at 13.5-acre estate in East Hampton. The party attracted the Hampton’s elite swingers, including Sir Ivan, whose Disneyland sex castle is one of the most surreal properties I’ve ever toured.

The club’s recent “White Party,” where tickets cost $400 for couples and $250 for single women, was a half-assed orgy where the sushi was the rawest meat in the room, according to the Daily Beast reporter who attended the event.

“Sure, by 10 p.m., the party’s well-heeled guests were getting up to all kinds of shenanigans in the basement library. Upstairs, the hot tub swirled with naked bodies and various bodily fluids. But up until then, the party had been a kind of seven-hour Twilight Zone of sexual innuendo and drunken, absurd social one-upmanship,” reporter Lizzie Crocker writes.

One example she gives is of a couple who bragged of landing their private jet “right in the middle” of Burning Man and being on Quaaludes during the orgy. Never mind that Quaaludes basically do not exist today — although a Reddit thread leads me to believe that you might still be able to get them in South Africa.

So if hanging out with a bunch of over-sexed and underwhelming jetsetters isn’t your thing, maybe ritzy real estate is. According to the New York Post, the venue for Killing Kitten’s “White Party” was 400 Hands Creek Road.

The property has been on the market for 564 days, having originally hit the market for $7.495 million in 2014, according to Streeteasy. It features 5,500 square feet, a French chef’s kitchen, a mudroom, pantry, four fireplaces, library, wine cellar and screened porch.

“You’d think being gang-banged six ways to Sunday would qualify as trouble, but for this woman it was just another Saturday night,” Crocker writes of a guest who made an early exit. “You know a sex party is a failure when Sir Ivan leaves early.”
