Less than three months after listing their sprawling Soho pad, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his Victoria’s Secret model wife, Behati Prinsloo, have entered contract on their one-bedroom loft at 112 Greene Street.
The 2,800-square-foot, full-floor spread was asking $5.5 million, and according to the Observer it went into contract at its full listing price. It has direct elevator access, and includes six original columns, restored exposed brick walls, 13-foot ceilings, oversized windows and tin ceiling tiles. All of the home’s furniture was up for grabs too, but no word yet on whether the new owners were tempted by the pool table or juke box.
Levine and Prinsloo – who are expecting their first child – are also selling their Beverly Hills mansion. The freshly renovated 3.7-acre estate is on the market for $17.5 million and comes with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a tennis court and a pool. The couple looks set to make a tidy profit, Levine bought the property in 2012 for $4.8 million.
