Comedian Richard Pryor’s former house on Parthenia Street — the site where he set himself on fire after days of freebasing cocaine — has been listed for just shy of $3 million, The Real Deal has learned. The more than 9,000-square-foot estate, in the San Fernando Valley’s Sherwood Forest, sits on a meticulously maintained 2.2 acres of land. It was referred to as the “Wrigley chewing gum estate” by Barbara Walters, who interviewed Pryor there in 1979.

Actor and pop culture gem Charlie Sheen has sold his 6,625-square-feet gated manor in the Mulholland Estates for $5.4 million. That’s slightly above what he paid for it in late 2012, but substantially below its asking price of $6.1 million, Variety reported. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom property on Beresford Road has a giant foyer, formal living room with stone columns, formal dining room and screening room.

Actor Matt LeBlanc (aka Joey Tribbiani din the show, “Friends”) has slapped his Spanish-style villa in Pacific Palisades on the market for $8.75 million. The “Friends” actor purchased the 4,000-square-foot 1930s mansion in 2007 for $7.4 million. But since 2012, LeBlanc has been renting it out for $13,000 a month.
