Less than week after buying Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s West Hollywood home for $6.5 million, Kendall Jenner is apparently already bored with it. Or maybe she just wanted a vacation. At any rate, the model/Instagram star followed other fabulous celebrities before her (see Beyonce, Selena and Gwyneth) and rented an Airbnb this weekend in Malibu for $2,200-a-night.

Jimmy Choo co-founder Tamara Mellon has not had much luck unloading her penthouse apartment at 3 East 95th Street, which has been on the market since 2014 (originally for $34 million, now for $27 million). And so she did what anyone else in her position would do: try to rent it out. For $60,000-a-month.

Ta-Nehisi Coates, the bestselling author and correspondent for the Atlantic, has dropped the price of his Brooklyn brownstone in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens by $100,000 after only a month on the market. Coates paid $2.1 million for the home in April, but listed it soon after when the New York Post (and other publications including The Real Deal) published news of the sale.

The illusionist David Copperfield is thought to have smashed Las Vegas records with the purchase of his new $17.5 million home. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the four-story house, which is in Las Vegas’ swanky Summerlin neighborhood, hadn’t been listed for sale.

The former apartment of Academy Award-winning actress Holly Hunter is back on the market, this time as a $14,750 a month rental. Hunter sold her Greenwich Village co-op at 21 East 11th Street in 2005, after she purchased a 3,000-square-foot apartment at 43 Fifth Avenue from Julia Roberts in 2005.

Fashion mogul Betsey Johnson is ditching her Hamptons house and moving to a trailer park. She plans to paint her new mobile home in Malibu bright yellow. “I have changed my life completely,” the designer, who is 73, told the Wall Street Journal. “I’m tired of taking care of homes…I’m really happy to have one little dollhouse and that’s it.”

Feel it already… Gonna have a great day at my desk!

Pop singer Britney Spears has slashed the price of her 1.4-acre Thousand Oaks estate to a sliver below $8 million, $1 million less than the initial asking price when she put it on the market back in April, the L.A. Times reported. The Spanish-style spread in the Lake Sherwood Community has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. At 8,500 square feet, the sprawling single-story residence also features a home theater, game room, several living areas, a chef’s kitchen with two islands and a glass wine cellar.

Here’s something to smize about. Industrious supermodel Tyra Banks has finally sold her Spanish Colonial-style house for $6.4 million — that’s nearly $1.4 million less than her original asking price of $7.8 million and about $100,000 less than her last asking price.

Three guys, just hanging out.

Bet this one dragged him down. One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles sold his Beverly Crest home at a loss, the L.A. Times reported. The “Drag Me Down” singer bought the home for $4 million two years ago, but sold it for under $3.2 million in a recent off-market deal.
