A restaurant in Singapore is offering a very exclusive, eight-hour, $2 million dining experience.
Cé La Vi, a restaurant on the rooftop of the Marina Bay Sands hotel, is pairing up with the Russian diamond company, World of Diamonds, to provide the two-person package which will include a 45-minute helicopter ride, a trip in a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce and a private cruise.
At the restaurant itself, diners will be presented with 10,000 roses and an 18-course meal, which according to Fashion Times will include such culinary offerings as fresh Belon oyster with Champagne foam, Gewürztraminer-Poached foie gras and Almas caviar.
And because you can’t eat a $2 million meal with a standard knife and fork, guests will also be given with personalized, diamond-encrusted chopsticks. Even the furniture – custom-designed grand armchairs – will be theirs to take home.
But the real cherry on top? The 2.08-carat Fancy Vivid Blue, Jane Seymour diamond ring, which will be presented within one of the savory dishes at midnight.
Naturally a fireworks display will conclude the evening’s events.
