Fashion designer Erin Fetherston has listed her very fashionable Tribeca condo apartment in the Sugar Warehouse building at 79 Laight Street for $22,995-a-month, the Observer reports.

Fetherston is known for her sweet and delicate clothes, and her apartment seems to follow that style perfectly. The 3,555-square-foot loft has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a huge great room with views of the Hudson, a wood-burning fireplace and a chef’s kitchen. It was featured in Vogue in 2011. “I see it as a reflection of my creative universe,” she said. “It’s romantic and chic, but clean and modern.” Quite a lot of the furniture (which comes with the rental) is vintage or from ABC Home.

According to the Observer, Fetherston bought the apartment when she was 26 for $4.33 million, and lived there with her husband, Gabe Saporta, and their child. The brokers for the sale told the Observer that the family is currently living in LA.
