From The Real Deal: Even the over-the-top amenities will have a view at the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere.
New renderings from CIM Group and Macklowe Properties depict the massive restaurant, pool, billiards room, library and screening room that will be available to buyers at 432 Park Avenue, the Rafael Viñoly-designed supertall tower that soars 1,396 feet. Three full floors of amenities will start 100 feet above street level, the developers said.
Located on floors 12, 14 and 16, the amenity floors – also designed by Viñoly – will have double-height, 28-foot ceilings and the building’s signature 10-foot by 10-foot windows. The tower’s 106 residences – with interiors designed by Deborah Berke, the new dean of Yale School of Architecture – start at 356 feet above street level. [more]
