After less than two months on the market, “Queen of the Indies” actress Parker Posey has sold her Greenwich Village one-bedroom co-op.
According to The Observer, the spread at 30 Fifth Avenue has sold for its asking price of $1.45 million, $100,000 more than Posey paid for the pad in 2008.
The new owner will be getting eastern and northern views, multiple walk-in closets and built-in bookcases, nine foot high beamed ceilings and original hardwood flooring throughout. In an unusual move, Posey even made a cameo in one of the listing photos with her Bichon Frise dog, Gracie.
When Posey attended LLNYC’s recent dinner party with Martha Stewart, she said that, despite working on a new book and starring in Woody Allen’s new movie “Café Society”, her move was dominating her life.
But never fear village residents. she isn’t going far. Posey recently told LLNYC that she is staying in the neighborhood.
