When one celebrity name is attached to a home, it’s a pretty big deal. But four? That’s impressive.
This Spanish villa in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills is – most recently – owned by Ginnifer Goodwin, and has hit the market asking for $1.49 million.
Goodwin, who is best known for her role as Snow White on NBC’s Once Upon a Time, bought the home in 2008. According to Trulia she paid a little over $1 million to purchase the pad from Busy Phillips. Phillips had bought it from “The O.C.” actress Rachel Bilson. And in the final installment of this celebrity-owner-saga, Bilson had bought from Rose McGowan.
Known as the Theodore Wright Jr. House, this 2,204-square-foot spread is described by its listing as “enchanting”. It comes with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and architectural features including built-in bookcases, French doors, and wood-burning fireplaces. Plus it’s hidden away behind gates for privacy.
Michael Nourmand and Adam Sires of Nourmand and Associates have the listing.
Goodwin and her husband/co-star Josh Dallas, bought a six bedroom spread last year in Encino, CA, for $3.45 million, where we’re sure they’ll live happily ever after. [Trulia]
