A model tenant she’s not. Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton (real name Erin Bubley) is being sued by her neighbors at 1 Morton Square in the West Village for “allowing unreasonable levels of noise and bass vibrations to emanate from the Unit into the Condominium’s common areas and adjacent units late at night and into the early morning hours,” according to a lawsuit.


That’s a whole lot of cereal milk! Momofuku Milk Bar owner Christina Tosi and her boyfriend Eleven Madison Park co-owner Will Guidara have purchased a penthouse apartment at 139 West 19th Street from Elle magazine fashion editor Lori Goldstein for $3.7 million, city records show.

Kourtney Kardashian, who posted an Instagram pic of her in her Airbnb pad yesterday, may have booked the most luxurious rental home we’ve seen so far. According to People, the Nantucket home Kardashian rented is worth $50 million (it does not appear to be currently on the market) and is located in the exclusive town of Pocomo.

The good news is that Gregory Soros, the artist son of billionaire finance big-wig George Soros, has finally sold his Nolita townhouse after it lingered on the market for three years.The bad news (for Soros at any rate) is that it sold for $9.7 million — $2.29 million less than he paid for the pad in 2010.

It’s hard to imagine that even the notorious fussbudget Frasier Crane could disapprove of Kelsey Grammer’s West Chelsea condo, which the actor has just listed for $9.75 million.

Back in January, we reported that Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik were spotted taking a tour of apartment 3E at 10 Bond Street, which at the time was the last available unit in the building. What we (and everyone else) missed, however, was that two days later, another unit in the building closed for just under $4 million to buyers with the LLCs “G Angel LLC” and “Y Secret LLC.”

An unidentified buyer picked up Maya Angelou’s former Harlem brownstone for $4 million – caged bird not included. The four-story house, at 58 West 120th Street, sold for $4 million, or roughly $727 per square foot, according to documents that hit public records Tuesday.

The king has traded his castle for a stack of cash. Actor Kevin James, best known for his lead role in the popular sitcom “King of Queens,” just sold his sprawling oceanfront mansion in Delray Beach for $26.38 million.

Rupert Murdoch has made a quick $2.5 million profit on the sale of his West Village townhouse, having purchased it just last year for $25 million. The 21st Century Fox and News Corp mogul, who recently stepped into the role of chairman and CEO at Fox News after Roger Ailes left the company amid allegations of sexual harassment, received $27.5 million for the house, at 278 West 11th Street, according to records filed with the city Wednesday.


At 7-foot-3, Kristaps Porzingis apparently enjoys looking down on the rest of us. The Latvian-born Knicks forward rented a corner penthouse at Moinian Group’s 71-story luxury tower Sky in Hell’s Kitchen.
