Robert and Michelle King, the creators behind the show “The Good Wife” purchased a second apartment at their Upper East Side co-op building for $1.5 million, according to public records.
The sixth-floor apartment is located at 30 East 72nd Street, on the corner of Madison Avenue. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Two years ago, the couple bought a 2,000-square-foot apartment on the third-floor of the building for $3.6 million, according to public records.
The seller, Tanya Freidman, paid $625,000 for the apartment in 2008.
“The Good Wife” ended last May, but the couples recent real estate play may follow a new TV deal. Their new political comedy series “BrainDead” premiered on CBS in June.
