Perfume heiress lists super cool Williamsburg apartment with timber beams for $2.5M

Pauline Rochas, granddaughter of perfumer and socialite Hélène Rochas, and her partner Carole Beaupré are listing their Williamsburg apartment at 85 North 3rd Street for $2.585 million, according to city records. The couple run a photography studio, Coolife, together and also collaborated on a perfume (named Le Premier Parfume) in 2014.

The 2,082-square-foot apartment in The Mill Building is certainly quite unique, and features 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, timber beams and wide-plank floors, and comes with two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms. We also spy a bold red backsplash in the kitchen and some exposed brick in one of the bedrooms. And though the listing doesn’t specify, we’re going to on a hunch and say the place smells really, really, really good.

If Rochas and Beaupré are able to sell the apartment for the asking price, they will have made quite a tidy profit off of it, seeing as they paid only $940,000 for the apartment in 2007.

Karen Heyman and Alan Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.
