The Pacific Palisades home briefly occupied by Rihanna is back on the market for $14.6 million. The singer moved into the 11,000-square-foot estate in 2012. It didn’t take long for stalkers to flock to the property, wanting Rihanna’s autograph or hand in marriage.

Talk about music to Robert A.M. Stern’s ears: British rocker Sting and wife Trudie Styler plan to trade in their Stern-designed pad at 15 Central Park West for another Stern-designed spread at 220 Central Park South.

Hoops star Thaddeus Young isn’t just trading in his Brooklyn Nets jersey now that he’s an Indiana Pacer. Not surprisingly, the forward is also putting his Brooklyn condominium unit on the market for $6.3 million.

Longtime journalist, war correspondent and “CBS Evening News” anchor Scott Pelley and his wife Jane Boone have a new pied-à-terre. The couple paid $2.25 million for condo 3E at 50 West 15th Street, known as the Oculus, according to public records.

Fashion designer (and daughter of a Beatle) Stella McCartney has purchased a beach cottage in Amagansett for $1.5 million that’s rather modest — but we have suspicions it’s not going to stay that way. According to the New York Post, McCartney intends to either expand or tear down the existing home at 102 & 114 Bay View Avenue.

Shoe designer Jeffrey Campbell seems to know his way around New York real estate as well as he does a studded platform boot. Campbell and his wife, Christine, just snapped up a three-bedroom spread at 213 West 23rd Street. The couple paid $5.04 million for the 3,750-square-foot condo.
