Actress Ashley Williams and her husband producer Neal Dodson have bought an apartment at 345 West 88th Street for $1.125 million, according to city records.
Williams has appeared on a number of TV shows, such as “How I Met Your Mother,” “Good Morning Miami,” and “The Jim Gaffigan Show,” and the Broadway adaptation of John Grisham’s novel “A Time To Kill.” Dodson produced the critically acclaimed movie “Margin Call,” starring Demi Moore and Kevin Spacey, and “A Most Violent Year” with Jessica Chastain and Oscar Isaac (Williams also played a role). Williams’ sister is the actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, who is married to country music star Brad Paisley.
The co-op apartment they bought has one-bedroom, though the listing notes it can be easily converted into two. It has walk-in closets, river views, granite counters and herringbone floors. The real draw of the apartment, though, is that Babe Ruth used to live on the same floor. Pied-a-terres are not allowed, meaning we can expect Williams and Dodson plan to make the city their full-time home.
