Adele’s making some major real estate moves lately.

First, back in May she snapped up a $9.5 million, four bedroom home in Beverly Hills’ swanky gated community, Hidden Valley. (She’ll be able to stop by one of Kylie Jenner’s new places to borrow a cup of sugar).

And now she’s just sold her seafront villa in the UK, making almost a half-a-million dollars in profit.

According to the Daily Mail, the Grammy award winner bought the four-bedroom home on Brighton’s Western Esplanade – dubbed Millionaire’s Row – in 2012 for £2.5 million ($3.3 million). It reportedly sold for £2.85 million ($3.72 million).

The house has a private beach with balconies and terraces overlooking the coastline, plus large open-plan reception rooms, a double-height atrium, a walk-in wardrobe, dressing room and a plush kitchen area.

Previous previous residents of the seaside enclave have included Paul McCartney and his then wife Heather Mills, and in the past the likes of Frank Sinatra and Ava Gardner are thought to have partied there. [Daily Mail]
