Three sisters, who built three neighboring homes alongside the Hamptons’ Poxabogue Pond, have put their massive conjoined family compound on the market for a whopping $65 million.
According to the New York Post, Marsha, Linda and Jane Held grew up hearing about how close their father was to his family in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, and they wanted to replicate that feeling (a little more luxuriously we suspect) on the East End. But now it’s time to sell.
The sprawling 32-acre property, dubbed “Poxabogue Pond”, includes frontage on its namesake pond, private wooded and farmland reserves, a private road (Poxabogue Pond Road), three existing pond-front homes, and three more buildable lots.
Listing broker Paul Brennan of Douglas Elliman, described it to LLNYC as a, “unique setting with endless possibilities.”
Of the three existing homes, two have four bedrooms and one has five. All are above 3,000 square foot and each has a pool.
Poxabogue Pond is in the village of Sagaponack, which is the most expensive zip code in the US according to Property Shark. [NYP]
