Actress Chloe Sevigny — known for “Boys Don’t Cry,” “American Psycho” and other envelope-pushing fare — picked up a three-bedroom co-op at 9 Prospect Park West in Park Slope for $2.05 million, about $300,000 above the asking price.
The 2,100-square-foot unit features a private elevator landing, French doors and high-beamed ceilings. Dogs are forbidden at the white-glove, pre-war building. Douglas Elliman brokers Carter McHyman, John Barnett and John Cronin had the listing.
In June, Sevigny sold her co-op at 119 East 10th Street in the East Village to startup entrepreneur couple Halle Tecco and Jeffrey Hammerbacher for $1.8 million, as previously reported. The home entered contract in late March. [NYO]
