Redbook publisher Sue Katzen is moving on to bigger and better co-ops

Redbook Magazine publisher Sue Katzen is saying adieu to her co-op at 107 West 86th Street. The women’s lifestyle guru sold her home for $1.4 million.

According to a Douglas Elliman listing, the Upper West Side apartment has two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms spread across 1,100 square feet.

Infertility specialist and reproductive endocrinologist, Paul Gindoff and his wife and Michelle are the buyers.Doug Bowen of Douglas Elliman handled the sale.

Before joining Redbook in 2014, Katzen was an associate publisher at Cosmopolitan for over a decade.

Her co-op isn’t the only thing Katzen is leaving behind. In August, Katzen announced on Twitter the she was selling her furniture on AptDeco – all of which appears to have sold.

Katzen even received a positive review on the site. “Responsive!” a buyer called “Lucinda” wrote in five-star review.

No word on where Katzen is moving, but we are sure that it will a home worthy of her publication.
