Brooklyn’s “Gingerbread house” back on the market for $10.9M

From The Real Deal: The house seems straight out of a fairy tale, but the owners of Brooklyn’s “Gingerbread House” have had a less-than-magical selling experience.

The house in Bay Ridge is nearly 100 years old and has been on and off the market since 2009, the New York Post reported. The seller is now asking $10.99 million – down $1 million from what was asked seven years ago. The home, at 8220 Narrows Avenue, was most recently listed in July 2015 for $11 million. [more]
