Madeleine Lloyd Webber, the former equestrian and wife of English composer Andrew Lloyd Webber has nabbed herself a $7.6 million condominium at Trump International in what appears to be an off market deal.

The 1,599-square-foot apartment, at 1 Central Park West, has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms and although there is no listing for the sale, a previous rental listing notes details like marble baths, a granite kitchen, maple herringbone floors, and 10 foot ceilings.

Although not confirmed, we suspect the Lloyd Webber’s might have expansions on the mind; city records show that the couple already own a 1,590-square-foot unit, also on the 35th floor (and almost certainly the neighboring unit), which Madeleine paid $5.8 million for back in 2012.

The couple have prior experience when it comes to Trump-owned real estate; city records show Andrew, the man responsible for “The Phantom of the Opera”, and “Evita”, sold a 5,300-square-foot Trump Tower duplex for $16.5 million in 2010. He is thought to be worth around $946 million.
