Drake’s “YOLO Estate” has grown.
According to Trulia, the hip-hop star very quietly dropped $2.85 million on the property next door to his existing Hidden Hills, California compound last summer. The news is only surfacing now.
Built in 1955, the 4,445-square-foot, ranch-style house is located on one acre of land. It comes with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an open floor plan, hardwood floors, high ceilings, multiple fireplaces, a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen and a walk-in closet.
Outside is a secluded backyard with a swimming pool, an 800-square-foot guesthouse, a small pool house and room for horses.
Drake isn’t the only celerity doubling up in Hidden Hills; in August Kylie Jenner snapped up a $4.5 million neighboring property to act as her office.
The rapper purchased his first and larger property in 2012 for $7.7 million. It has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a mechanical bull, a 28-person theater and a championship tennis court. [Trulia]
