Roberta Flack is being killed softly — by the real estate market, that is.
The singer has relisted her apartment at the famed Dakota building for $7.5 million with Rebecca Edwardson of Warburg. She had originally listed it last June for $9.5 million with Town Residential, and that listing was disappointingly free of interior pictures.
But the wait is over! This new listing comes with photos of the mirrored interiors, which we suppose Flack used to make the apartment feel more spacious (though they seem like they might also make you feel like you’re living in a fun house). The apartment is 2,000 square feet and comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (the listing notes it used to be three bedrooms and three bathrooms), four wood-burning fireplaces, 12-foot ceilings, views of Central Park and a Juliet balcony that runs the length of half of the apartment.
But the most exciting detail of the apartment very well might be its next door neighbor, Yoko Ono.
