The Tribeca penthouse which was just one of the many stars of LLNYC’s recent cover party, has hit the market with a price tag of $10.75 million.

The 3,612-square-foot triplex unit comes with three bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a full-floor open plan living and kitchen space, a den, an office, and 1,573-square-feet of private outdoor space spread across two terraces.

The building itself meanwhile, is a landmarked cast-iron building dating back over 150 years. It’s recently been restored and converted into a boutique condominium with seven residences.

Penthouse B at 87 Leonard Street hosted the likes of Martha Stewart, Terry Richardson, Barbara Corcoran, Parker Posey and LLNYC back in July. A decadent eight-course meal was dished up to the stars, including gold-wrapped popcorn, caviar, rare wines and lots of black truffles.
