Actor Corey Stoll and his wife Nadia Bowers have bagged themselves a Brooklyn townhouse.
According to city records, “The Strain” star, who received a Golden Globe nomination in 2013 for his role in “House of Cards,” paid $2.4 million for the Windsor Terrace spread – around $100,000 less than its asking price of $2.5 million.
The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home has been gut renovated says the listing, and has both, “charming original detail and tasteful modern updates.”
Spread across three floors there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, custom built in storage, oversized windows, beamed ceilings, an original fireplace, stainless appliances, hardwood parquet floors, an office, and a second entrance from the street. There is also a deck and a garden.
Laura Rozos of Corcoran had the listing.
