Only last week, Oscar-winner and bear-wrestler Leonardo DiCaprio listed his beachfront Malibu home. Now, another one of the actor’s properties is up for grabs.

According to Variety, the actor – who’ll be appearing next week at the White House’s inaugural South by South Lawn festival – has just listed the home he owns in Studio City with an asking price of $2.3 million. DiCaprio reportedly purchased the house in March 2014 for a little over $2 million.

The ranch-style home spans 3,407 square feet and comes with four bedrooms, custom lighting, glass walls, beamed ceilings, a large brick fireplace and a pool.

Neither of the sales will leave the star homeless though, not even close. According to Variety, DiCaprio also owns a Spanish-style house in Los Angeles’ Silver Lake area, two side-by-side homes above the Sunset Strip, a mid-century modern in Palm Springs, and three luxury condos in New York City; one loft-style unit in an eco-conscious Greenwich Village building and two units in a Battery Park complex.

Michael Okun of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing. [Variety]
