There must be some real estate magic in the air. First Harry’s house hit the market, and now it’s Hermione’s turn.
The house that played the part of the family home of muggle-born Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films, is now for sale.
The house, located in Hampstead Garden Suburb in Heathgate, north west London, has an asking price of £2.4 million ($3.1 million).
According to its listing, the three-story house spans 2,490 square feet, and comes with six bedrooms (one of which has a terrace), two bathrooms, an entrance hall, reception room, family room, entrance hall, utility room, both front and back gardens, and original features. It is also “situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac just a few meters from the entrance to the Heath Extension and its rolling meadows and woodland.”
Arlington Residential has the listing.
Meanwhile, the house that served as 4 Privet Drive in the movies hit the market earlier this month. The home where Harry lived under the stairs is asking £475,000 ($618,000).
