Rag & Bone co-founder David Neville and his makeup artist wife Gucci Westman have sold their Chelsea penthouse for $6.3 million in what appears to be an off-market deal.

The apartment is one of 30 units in the six-story Spears Building at 525 West 22nd Street. It has four bedrooms, thee bathrooms and totals 1,784 square feet.

The only listing information we could find from the spread dated back to when the couple purchased the apartment for $4.4 million in 2008, and we bet it looks a whole lot different now. According to that listing, the duplex has 14-foot ceilings, wide plank merbau wood floors, a wood -burning fireplace, a custom-designed Italian kitchen, a hammered steel and merbau staircase and approximately 1,500 square feet of private outdoor space on two levels.

Neville was one of several tenants who sued the building’s condominium board last year, alleging the board of managers tried to make the unit owners pay the entire seven-figure cost for a new roof, as the New York Daily News reported. Supermodel Linda Evangelista who also owns a penthouse in the building was part of the suit.

Earlier this year, Neville stepped down as CEO of Rag & Bones, although he still remains part of the company, Business of Fashion reported in June.
