Bethenny Frankel, the “Real Housewives of New York” star and alcohol entrepreneur, has put her Tribeca loft on the market.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home on Hudson Street is asking $6.95 million.
According to its listing, the 3,600-square-foot corner unit comes with a large living and dining room, a massive windowed kitchen with high-end finishes and appliances, a built in espresso machine, a full-sized wine refrigerator with space for over 180 bottles, a walk-in and windowed dressing room, and a home office/library.
Plus it has over 11-foot-high ceilings, columns, hardwood floors, central air conditioning, and a deeded private indoor parking spot.
The “Skinnygirl” founder snapped up the pad in August 2011 for a little less than $5 million and went on to renovate it.
In September, The New York Post reported that Frankel and boyfriend Dennis Shields were spotted house-hunting in Tribeca.
