Former model and magazine cover-star Christie Brinkley has just re-listed her harbor-front Sag Harbor home for $25 million.
Built in 1843, the 5,500-square-foot Colonial-style house is set on four-and-a-half acres of land. It comes with five bedrooms, a formal dining room, a living room, a great room, five bedrooms, a master suite with its own sitting room and terrace, gardens, specimen trees, a bay-side Gunite pool, and period details: like the grand columns covering the home’s two facades, the wide-plank pine floors, and multiple fireplaces.
It also has a garden hose, which Brinkley used on a woman who was peeing on the beach earlier this summer.
The home’s $25 million price-tag is a bump from when it first hit the market in 2010 asking $15.7 million.
“In the world of real estate, I’ve been truly impressed with Christie’s real estate acumen,” listing broker Enzo Morabito told LLNYC back in June, referring to another Brinkley property, “She ‘gets’ the golden rule of real estate – location, location, location.”
Brinkley is also listing her “Tower Hill” estate in Bridgehampton. The 20-acre spread is asking $29.5 million.
Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman has the listing.
