Bethenny Frankel may very well be the luckiest lady in real estate!
The reality TV star and alcohol entrepreneur managed to sell her Tribeca loft at 195 Hudson Street after only one day on the market. The pad was last listed for $6.995 million and Frankel told the Wall Street Journal that she received the full asking price. The apartment was a major point of contention in her divorce from Jason Hoppy.
Frankel bragged about the speedy sale on her SnapChat account, saying “Now I’m allowed to say it: I sold my apartment in one day!” A look at the StreetEasy listing does indeed confirm that the apartment is in contract; celebrity brokers (and friends of Frankel) Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
Eklund posted about the sale on his Instagram account, writing: “I sold @bethennyfrankel ‘s Tribeca loft at 195 Hudson at FULL ASK of $6.95M in just ONE DAY. Article in my bio. Congrats, love. #RecordYear #RainingMeatballs 🙌🏽”
According to its listing, the 3,600-square-foot corner unit comes with a large living and dining room, a massive windowed kitchen with high-end finishes and appliances, a built in espresso machine, a full-sized wine refrigerator with space for over 180 bottles, a walk-in and windowed dressing room, and a home office/library. Frankel paid a little less than $5 million for the pad in 2011, and performed extensive renovations on it.
