It’s the one where the co-creator sells his apartment.

Television producer and co-creator of “Friends” David Crane and his partner Jeffrey Klarik have just listed their swanky Art Deco-inspired Los Angeles penthouse for $29.9 million.

Located in the Century, a luxury condo building in the Century City neighborhood, the two-bedroom penthouse spans roughly 5,300 square feet and comes with three terraces.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the home is being sold fully furnished with 1930s art and antiques, including a vintage grand piano the couple restored, as well as bronze and alabaster sconces and glass panels from the ocean liner the Normandie.

The couple reportedly bought the condo in 2010 for $12.2 million. At the time the Century was just starting construction, and they spent several years custom-designing the layout and finishes.

Listing agent Nick Segal did not dish on how much the couple spent customizing and furnishing the home, but told the Wall Street Journal that the asking price is “close to what their investment was.”

Nick Segal and Rick Ojeda of Partners Trust have the listing. [WSJ]
