It’s a wrap: This week’s celebrity home swaps

It may not be the Iron Throne, but Emilia Clarke’s new digs in California aren’t too shabby either. The actress who plays Daenerys Targaryen on HBO’s “Game of Thrones” is the buyer of a light-filled sanctuary in Venice Beach. She paid $4.64 million for the home.

It turns out nothing sells a house quite like a $10.5 million price chop. Just ask Oscar-winning actress Julia Roberts, who is reportedly already in agreement to sell her Hawaii home, after re-listing it last week at a discounted price.

Bethenny Frankel may very well be the luckiest lady in real estate! The reality TV star and alcohol entrepreneur managed to sell her Tribeca loft at 195 Hudson Street after only one day on the market. The pad was last listed for $6.995 million and Frankel told the Wall Street Journal that she received the full asking price. The apartment was a major point of contention in her divorce from Jason Hoppy.

Former model and magazine cover-star Christie Brinkley has just re-listed her harbor-front Sag Harbor home for $25 million. Built in 1843, the 5,500-square-foot Colonial-style house is set on four-and-a-half acres of land.

Daphne Oz, co-host of the popular food show “The Chew” and daughter of famed TV doctor Dr. Oz, and her husband, John Jovanovic, have listed their co-op at 140 East 40th Street for $2.495 million.

The former home and death place of the venerable war-time British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill is on the market. Set in London’s affluent Kensington neighborhood, 28 Hyde Park Gate – where Churchill and his wife Baroness Spencer-Churchill lived between stints at 10 Downing Street – has an asking price of £29.5 million.

Entrepreneur Rande Gerber and supermodel wife Cindy Crawford bought a condo at RFR Realty and China Vanke’s 100 East 53rd Street, one floor above an identical apartment owned by their BFFs, George and Amal Clooney.

Justin Chambers, one of the very few cast members on “Grey’s Anatomy” who hasn’t been mercilessly killed off in the show’s 13 seasons, has just bought a two-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 172 East 4th Street.

Park Slope just got a new stroller mom! Emily Blunt and John Krasinski are the buyers of a townhouse in Park Slope and we found the pictures. The couple paid $6 million for the landmarked home in December 2015, and since then have poured more than $300,000 into renovating it, according to plans filed with the DOB.

Well, at least it’s not Brooklyn! Cynthia Nixon, the actress who plays Miranda Hobbs on the cult show “Sex and the City,” and her wife Christine Marinoni have purchased an apartment at 141 East 3rd Street in the East Village for $1.49 million, according to city records.

The coolest girl in the world just lost out on a very cool apartment. Actress and style icon Chloë Sevigny recently toured an apartment at 114 Mercer Street that she was interested in, according to sources close to the deal. However, before she could confirm whether or not she wanted to buy it, another, unknown buyer stepped in and snatched it first.
