“Brady Bunch” actress Eve Plumb had much more than hunch that this listing must somehow find a buyer — and that’s the way 330 East 49th Street became…her new apartment.
Plumb, who is best known for playing middle-child Jan Brady on the sappy 70s sitcom the “Brady Bunch,” paid $1.6 million for her penthouse level condo in Turtle Bay, according to public records.
The penthouse spans 1,100 square feet and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s one of 141 units in the 15-story building at Beekman East.
Plumb and her husband Ken Pace are both listed as trustees on the deed for the apartment. The sellers, Eden Perry and Marcos Rollan, bought the pad for $820,000 in 2004. Gordon von Broock of Douglas Elliman was the listing agent. Kane Manera of Douglas Elliman represented Plumb.
This isn’t Plumb’s only deal this year. In August, she sold the Malibu home that she had purchased at the age of 11 in 1969 for $3.9 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
You probably most recently spotted Plumb at the Democratic National Convention as a member of Broadway at the DNC. She was part of ensemble of Broadway stars that preformed “What the World Needs Now.”
