432 Park’s latest penthouse listing is a whopper. For one thing, it costs $82 million. For another, it is a massive 8,255 square feet in size (meaning it costs nearly $10,000 per square foot).
Penthouse 95 has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms (plus two powder rooms), a library, 12′- 6” ceilings, an eat-in kitchen and a windowed master bath, which we guess works because none of your neighbors will be high enough to see you. And, obviously, views for days.
Even so, this is not, of course, the priciest listing in the building. That honor belongs to the top floor penthouse, which sold to Fawaz Al Hokair for $87.7 million in September. The most expensive closed sale ever was an apartment at One 57, which went for $100.5 million.
The amenities in the building are famously top-notch, and include a private restaurant, a 75-foot indoor swimming pool, a library, a fitness center with a spa and massage rooms and a screening room.
