On an UES terrace, crepes, wine and very pricey rentals: PHOTOS

Nothing gets NYC hoards of flashy real estate brokers foaming at the mouth quite like a new development. And last week, some 350 of NYC’s hungriest sales people gathered at aalto57, a new luxury rental building in Sutton Place.

The developers behind the project, World Wide Group and Rose Associates, threw the crepe and wine themed party on the development’s terrace. Brokers toured the units, downed free wine and texted all to the tunes of The Paszkudzki Trio.

Units in the Skidmore, Owings & Merrill-desinged building range from $3.500 to $11,800 a month. Check out the photos below.
