Perhaps Scott Kurnit, founder of the occasionally helpful website, should check his website for tips on selling a home; the entrepreneur has just listed his three-bedroom Sutton Place condo for $13.9 million.

Located at One Beacon Court, the pretty 3,058-square-foot apartment comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, 11-foot-high ceilings, custom flooring, impressive views of the city and Central Park, a kitchen outfitted with top-of-line appliances and custom closet spaces. Plus, the living room has three 65-inch TVs mounted side by side, which the listing informs us offers, “the possibility of viewing up to 18 different channels simultaneously,” certainly a task that nobody needs to do ever.

The building offers its residents access to amenities including a gym, a party room, a children’s playroom and a private driveway.

Hopefully Kurnit will have more luck selling up than his neighbor, billionaire hedge fund manager and record-breaking art collector, Steven Cohen. Cohen’s “cursed” $67.5 million duplex in the same building has been on and off the market since 2013.

Gabriel Zapata and Victoria Shtainer of Compass have the listing.
