You may be in the market for a multi-million dollar home, but do you have the design wherewithal to ensure your apartment’s interior is up to snuff? A new development at 22 Central Park South will ensure you do.
The Elad Group — which is developing the seven-unit condo building, with prices ranging from $6.7 million to $26.5 million — has teamed up with Bergdorf Goodman, located just around the corner, to provide personal shopping to the building’s residents.
Bergdorf staffers will be on call to assist with shopping and at-home salon treatments. The store largely furnished the building’s model apartment, which features brass sculptures and sequined ball gowns.
“This is our target customer anyway, and now we’re having direct access to them,” Andrew Mandell, who serves as vice president of decorative home at Bergdorf Goodman, told the New York Times. — Mark Maurer
