Perhaps inspired by this summer’s sale of a Micronesian resort, the owners of a far less charming, seven-acre resort on the Scottish island of Arran are raffling it off for $75 per ticket.

According to Curbed, the Balmichael Centre and Arran Family Fun Park is currently valued at $1.9 million (£1.5 million) and includes a private house with a view of the beach, retail units, a 42-seat movie theater, coffee shop, gym, golf course, ice rink and a “climby-jumpy-thingy.” We really hope that Zara the zorse, who currently lives on the property, is included too (she’s reportedly Scotland’s only half zebra, half horse hybrid).

The winning ticket won’t be chosen until June 2017, so you’ve got plenty of time to dream about what you might do with the resort. Proceeds from the raffle are being donated to Boots on the Ground, a disaster relief nonprofit. [Curbed]
